Squeeze a small amount into your palm. Warm balm in your hands, then massage onto a dry face and neck. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, and wipe off with a warm, damp washcloth. For an extra moisture boost, leave it on for 10 minutes as a hydrating mask.

Not good!
This cleanser is terrible! It has separated in the tube and when i opened it liquid just poured everywhere. The next time i used it, i gave the tube a squeeze just to mix it up before i use again and same thing happened. Opened the tube and i had separated again! The balm itself is thick, not pleasant to use, have a strange smell and sting my eyes! What a disappointment!!!

Really like this cleanser, it had sperated a little when I started using it - but a bit of squidge around in the packaging and it was grand. do prefer a pot for balm cleansers but I liked the formula. I imagine I will have to cut open to get the last bits though (Like I do with the inkey list cleansing balm). It is smooth and takes off make-up nicely. also fab price point for a good cleanser. prefer formula to the inkey list oat cleanser.
